The date at the top of my Inphase home page always appears as the 20 January 2022 when I log in as shown below:
I can change it to todays date and use the system as normal, however if I need 2 tabs open the 2nd tab will open with the date as 20 January 2022 despite me having the first tab set to todays date. This is an issue as I am running reports etc without realising that the date has reverted back to January which means my data is wrong and I have to start again.
I have tried clearing my home page, then setting the date to today, then clicking set home page as shown below, but when I log out and log back in the site automatically reverts back to showing 20 January 2022.
This is most likely because you are using a shortcut/link/bookmark to launch InPhase that has an embedded date in it.
Our URLs can store the model, portal, page and specific date so when shared, colleagues ca nsee exactly what you are looking at and at the right view date.
For your bookmark, I'd suggest using the clean/blank URL for your InPhase system instead, so: https://MyOrg.InPhase.com
