@feature in Progress Notes/Comments to Alert Users of New Comments
It would be great to have an @ feature to allow people in the progress notes to @ users on the InPhase system and then for the ability for admins to sent up notifications based on this to enable users to communicate within the app easier.
At the moment, we have operational staff writing comments and then having to email outside to make people aware of comments. After that any additional comments are kept in Outlook, possibility that significant information is being lost to Outlook.
I agree this is something that is really needed - we are having email conversations outside of the record that then don't get recorded in the record and lost - this would be a massive benefit.

We have the comments notifications on for our users. This was more using it as an email system, where people might not want to associate the person they are emailing with the record, but to get advice.

Hi Ben.
Notifications from InPhase can be enabled (if they are not already) to advise users that comments have been added. Once enabled, these can be subscribed / unsubscribed to by the end user as part of their profile management. Would this help?
