Hi, quick question on setting the compliance options in Questionnaires;
if a list of possible answers then select the last one that counts as a 'pass' and all those answers down to that point count as a pass.
My question is, if the possible answers are just Yes, No and N/A, if select No, can that be the pass or would I need to reword the question so the pass would be Yes (first in the list of possible answers)
Does that make sense?!
No, the compliant answer is No...so I will have to create a new list with the answers in a different order rather than use the standard one. Thanks for your help.
A Yes or No or N/A will also work, If you select "No" then both Yes and No would be the compliant answers. I assume you just want Yes to be compliant answer? If so, you should select 'Yes'
So if the pass answer is No then I would need to select 'One answer from a list' and create a list with the answers in a different order? Rather than use the 'Yes or No or N/A' option in the type drop down?
Hi Amanda,
When selecting the 'Value to Pass' you should select the lowest compliant answer. Anything above that answer (incl. the selected answer) would count as a pass/be compliant. Which option you choose as the value to pass therefore depends on the order of the list options.
