Do tables allow for conditional formatting? Specifically I would like to show incidents in the table that are open to be one colour and closed incidents to be a different colour.
Thanks
Hi Claire,
Conditional formatting is not currently supported for dimensions, however you could covert the Stage into a content (measure) which would then allow you to add the conditional formatting.
Hello, was this ever resolved please? I noticed that conditional formatting can only be added to the 'measures' columns, not the 'dimensions' columns, which I suspect was the same for Anna. How do we colour code these columns please?
Hi Ling,
I am in designer but am still not presented with the option for conditional formatting that Aden describes, only the options that I have shown in the screenshot above
Thanks
Hi Anna,
I'm wondering if you are trying to do this in enterprise rather than designer? I think conditional formatting can only be done in designer mode. Hope this helps!
Thanks,
Ling
Hi, have you been able to have a look at this?
Thanks
Hi Anna
Do you have a URL link to the page with the table on it please?
Hi Aden,
I don't have that option?
Thanks,
Anna
Hi Anna!
They certainly can!
If you Right click on the header of a column that has the cells you want to adjust > Display Settings > Conditional formatting > Text Values
It will give you the standard conditional formatting options to apply to your table column based on the text value.
