Hi,
Has anyone ever used a button to create tasks?
When you configure it by 'Set Action', is the link 'Create Object'? What options here should I select?

Hi Ling,
This is the entity type you need - either extended or minimum task.
An extended task allows you to performance manage the tasks over a number of reporting periods; whereas a minimum task does not - you've either done the task, or you haven't!
Don't forget there is usually more than one way to achieve the same result in InPhase so could also use 'Create task for measure' or Create task for object' from the dimension panel where this is displayed.
