We have purchased the CAS and CQC apps from InPhase. However those that are going to admin the apps weren't part of the preamble when we purchased, and are keen to use it to its full potential but don't know what that is.
Is anyone willing to meet via teams to speak to the team that will be using those APPs to show them " how it works in the real world" and how they set it up etc. as they are a little lost.

thanks for the offer of advice, it would be greatly appreciated. We are looking to roll out CAS in the next couple of weeks but the patient safety team are just struggling to find how it could improve their lives rather than adding in another step that isn't required.
Do you have InPhase populate the alerts or do you enter them yourselves?
If you could drop me an email to hnf-tr.bedigital@nhs.net and we could maybe have 30 minute teams call?
I'll speak to the patient safety team and try and get them to collect their thoughts and questions together in preparation.
