I am an administrator and i have permission to modify question manager forms but when i go into InPhase Administrator mode, i can't see the question manager option?
How do i enable this when i have permission to use it?
You will first need to check if question manager is part of your license with your InPhase Customer success Manager and that you have Question manager enabled in the system.
To enable question manager for a user profile you will need to be a model administrator level user.
In Administrator Mode:
- Go to People
- Go to Employee
- Click on the profile in question, it can be your own
- Click on the tab "Roles" in the profile sidebar
- Select the "Question Admin" Options
- Click Save
- Refresh Administrator Mode
