Hi,
Our incident reporting policy states that incidents should be 'Approved' within 10 working days of being reported. There are always exceptions, but reasons can be given by the manager as to why.
My questions are
- how can we identify overdue incidents based on the 10 working day rule?
- is it possible to set up e-mail notifications to the manager when an incident has gone overdue
