If possible, I would like to see an availability to check your most recently visited/viewed records on InPhase. An example would be with another admin system I've used in the past, there was a clock icon which would open up a list containing the last 30 accounts you had worked on, so that you were able to locate something that you may have forgotten the details for. This would mean that if we found a duplicate incident close enough to the original, we would be able to locate the original incident to link & reject without having to find the details if the notification email has already been actioned/deleted.
