Multi-directional linking

Creating links between records should be multi-directional please.

Currently to link 2 records you'd have to go link incident 1 and link to incident 2, then go to incident 2 and link to incident 1. If you wanted to link 5 records you'd have to create 25 links.

It would be better if we could just create a single link between 2 records.

    Agreed, this is a vital function that a system should have. We can only link 1 way via parent and child which isn't useful at all for us.

    Multi-directional linking is a requirement at SASH, particularly by the Legal Team. Please can this functionality be implemented in the system.

    Multi-directional linking is something MTW would definitely require as this forms part of our triangulation work across all apps.

    This would be hugely beneficial - its also something we were very unhappy that our previous system did not do automatically and so this one really should too

    The ability to link in multiple directions would be extremely beneficial to our Trust for triangulation purposes, particularly across Apps.
