Could we please have a feature whereby we can navigate through risks either by a forward and back button or the risk opening in a new tab? Currently we are losing our searches when we click into a risk to edit and this is very time consuming.
Sarah @NELFT
Hi,
I believe the best resolution for this would be to enable the risk to 'open in a new tab', taking the user to the 'Risk Information' page, where the user can then link through to their Controls/Actions as needed.
This functionality is currently not available, so will be raised to the InPhase Development team as a feature request for future product release.
Once InPhase have an update, we will let you know via this post.
Thanks,
Hi, Thank you for the update. We have tried this but it does not show the actions tab on the risk form, instead actions are in a gant chart at the bottom of the page and i am not sure how to direct users to edit/update or add actions when they are in the risk. Can you please advise?
Hi Sarah!
So.. we do have the functionality to open up the questionnaire form in a dialog box instead of refreshing the page..
If you are an administrator, you can edit the series for the action within the table and swap it to "Property > View > Open Details" like in my screenshot below.
This will then change the button to this little "i" symbol and it will open in a dialog box instead so you don't lose your place on the page.
From this
To this
Then your dialog will open like this..
Does that help at all?
Me too! My reports are taking far too long without this feature.
Absolutely support this request!
