Setting triggers to notify of a closed risk

Hi,

Is it possible to set a trigger which emails out when a risk is closed? E.g. to make risk manager aware if someone closes the risk. We used to be able to create a trigger when a risk entered a certain stage of the workflow, however since out upgrade to version 23.3.1.3 I can't seem to work out the relevant options to select.

    Hi Greg,

    Yes - you absolutely can do this!

    Simply setup the notification under the form's "Workflow" within the closed workflow stage (When entering this stage). If you need additional help and support, please raise a ticket with the InPhase Support Desk, or book a lightning session with an InPhase Consultant.
