In our old system we were able to calculate the working day difference between two dates amd then display the difference as a number. This was a useful feature for us when looking at closure rates. We have a KPI of incidents being closed within 20 working days and this calculation made it easy to display.

I've just been told, so just letting you know, that working day calculated fields on live connects is planned to go into our March release for V23.2!

Completely support this - we are having the same problem
Hi Duncan,
We have a similar issue. We have KPI's for complaints - 20, 40 and 60 working days. We were advised that the live connect will only calculate between two dates using calendar days so we are currently unable to show our compliance rates on InPhase and have to pull reports from the system and calculate our working day compliance in excel. If this could be included as an enhancement in a future release this would be excellent. I am sure there are a number of Trust's in the same situation.
