Quality Management 7.0 to 7.3 end of life announcement

Ideagen are committed to the ongoing development of our Ideagen Quality Management (previously Q-Pulse) solution, and as we continue to develop the solution we’re required to retire support for some of our legacy versions.
The upcoming release of IQM Version 7.8 now means we will be retiring support for Q-Pulse Versions 7.0 to 7.3 in line with our development roadmap. The date we have set for the withdrawal of support and maintenance for these versions is August 1st 2025.
If you are operating one of these versions, you will need to upgrade to the latest supported version to remain supported. To provide guidance on this, a member of the team will be in direct contact to discuss, but if you have any questions in the meantime or you’re unsure how to find what version number you’re on, please contact us at Customer.Transitions@ideagen.com.

The version of Ideagen Quality Management is displayed on the log in screen and can also be confirmed by clicking Help, and then About in any screen.
