You might have observed the recent update to our navigation bar across our range of self-service platforms. We've been diligently working to ensure that our customers can easily locate all available resources, regardless of their location within Ideagen's self-service ecosystem.
Unifying Ideagen Community, Help and Support
You may know that Ideagen Help serves as our knowledge base and support platform, while Ideagen Community functions as our community forums. Previously, these services were segregated, making navigation between them challenging. With our new navigation system, we aim to enhance the accessibility so you can jump between them at any point.
Ideagen WorkRite resources menu
If you're a WorkRite customer, you might have noticed a new menu popping up while browsing through the help center or community forum dedicated to this product. This updated menu conveniently gathers all accessible self-service resources into a list of quick links. Our intention is for this new menu to streamline your access to vital resources, enabling you to find what you need much faster than before!
Currently Ideagen WorkRite is the only product we are launching with this new resources menu for now, however, we will be expanding to more of our solutions soon!
Search is now integrated into the navigation
If you've utilized Ideagen Help in the past, you might have observed a prominent search box consistently appearing on every page within the system, which we understand could be frustrating for our users. To address this, we have now relocated the search functionality directly into the navigation bar across all articles!
